The engines are revving and the chrome is gleaming as Moody Gardens gears up for its Fourth Annual Car Show, taking place this weekend at the Moody Gardens Convention Center.
The two-day event kicks off Saturday, September 6, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and continues Sunday, September 7, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., showcasing a stunning lineup of classic, custom and collector cars.
Proudly presented by Hunton, the title sponsor and member of the Hunton Group, the show will feature a wide array of vehicles from perfectly restored classics to imaginative custom builds. Visitors can explore up-close some of the most eye-catching and historically rich cars on the Gulf Coast.
In addition to the vehicle displays, the show includes automotive vendors, memorabilia, and accessories, making it a must-attend event for collectors and enthusiasts alike. Guests looking to turn the event into a weekend getaway can take advantage of exclusive hotel packages available at Moody Gardens.
The Saturday night red carpet event will spotlight each vehicle's unique story, while judges evaluate entries throughout the day. Awards will be announced on Sunday, with trophies presented in several judged categories, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes. Spectators can also cast their votes for People's Choice and Red Carpet Favorite awards.
Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the gate.
