The Fort Worth Botanic Garden (FWBG) is pleased to announce the arrival of Musical Swings, an innovative interactive installation that transforms the timeless joy of swinging into a collaborative musical adventure. This enchanting exhibit will welcome guests from September 18 through December 7, 2025.
Musical Swings creates an intuitive experience that requires no musical background—visitors simply swing naturally while advanced technology converts their movements into beautiful melodies. Each swing activates notes from different instruments, inspiring guests to synchronize their motions and work together to compose harmonious musical pieces.
Designed to foster meaningful human connections in public spaces, Musical Swings invites people of all ages to participate in this unique blend of play and artistry. Whether you're 5 or 95, you will want to discover what happens when childhood wonder meets musical innovation. Come play, swing, and enjoy the magic that music and nature create together!
Musical Swings will be located at FWBG's North Vista and accessible during regular Garden hours and is included with standard Garden admission.
