She continued saying, I have been a fan of chocolate decadence for as long as I can remember. From an early age, I would sample my grandmother's fudge recipe and my affinity for that creamy fudge recipe still holds strong today. When combining flavors or nut toppings, it's that special fusion of creamy ingredients and premium selections that produce the perfect harmony of texture and flavor.
At the beginning of her journey Suzanne thought, Why can't fudge be as elegant as a truffle dipped in chocolate,
and asked a close friend, Pam Eudaric, the owner of Chocolate Secrets, to try her small-batch fudge, some pieces dipped in chocolate. After that, Suzanne knew she had a great product and she just needed the resources to make her dream a reality. Now, Enjoy Fun Fudge has a beautiful display case right in their shop; making it easier than ever for everyone to grab a favorite fudge elegant truffle or bonbons. About Suzanne Lynn Palmlund
Suzanne resides in Uptown in Dallas, TX. She and her late husband, David, resided 40 years in Dallas on Swiss Avenue. Twenty-five years ago, she was the founder of the Swiss Avenue Women's Guild that is still going strong. A wonderful historic neighborhood. Before moving to Dallas, she lived in Atlanta, Georgia and worked 14 years in hospital administration. In addition to being a founder of the Swiss Avenue Women's Guild, she and David were very active at Scottish Rite Hospital. She was president of the Dallas Women's Forum at The Alexander Mansion for two years and very active for six years. David passed away three years ago of Parkinson's disease. He was the love of her life and she misses him very much. They traveled the world together.
She is involved in two Bible Study groups of delightful intelligent women that she so admires. The power of prayer is very important in her life. She had no idea of where God was going to lead her. For example, hospital administration, and now, selling her grandmother's fudge. She enjoys reading, classical music, theater, and going to new and awesome restaurants with friends. Friends are very important to Suzanne. She could not imagine how much they have supported her in this venture. She collects hat pins, as did her mother. She also collects figural napkin rings and has a love of collecting Japanese Netsuke. Together Suzanne and David have five children, eight grandchildren, and now, one great grandchild. The family lives throughout the US.
