Lots of places serve brunch, but only Ebb & Flow worked with the National Day Calendar to officially declare April as National Brunch Month. To kick off this momentous occasion, Ebb & Flow at the Shops at Legacy North in Plano is throwing a Brunch en Blanc party on April 2. The festive affair—which is a nod to the international sensation Diner en Blanc—will feature great food and music outside on Lone Star Drive. Guests are required to dress in white to partake in the gourmet brunch. There will be a flower wall and balloon arch for photos, and a DJ spinning fun tracks to keep the party going. Wheels on Tap, a Sundowner horse trailer that has been converted into a mobile bar experience, will also be onsite serving Ebb & Flow's signature cocktails for this special event.
