Texas Hill Country Wineries will present Hill Country Wine Camp, a one-day experience for wine lovers looking to go beyond the glass. The event will feature expert-led sessions on grape growing, winemaking, Texas-grown varietals, and pairing wine with bold Texas flavors. Scheduled highlights include a sparkling wine and oyster pairing, a build-your-own charcuterie and wine pairing, and a signature varietal tasting with expert insight. Additional activities will also be offered.
The Texas Hill Country Wineries will also host an exclusive winemaker dinner at Flat Creek Estate Winery & Vineyard to benefit the Hill Country Wine Industry Scholarship Fund. Wines from Carter Creek Winery, Dry Comal Creek Vineyards, Driftwood Estate, Farmhouse Vineyards, Flat Creek Estate Winery & Vineyard, and Portree Cellars will be paired with dinner, with guests seated alongside owners, winemakers, or winery representatives.
