The Running of the Bulls, part of the annual San Fermin in Nueva Orleans festival, pays homage to the world-famous Encierro of Pamplona, Spain ... except that the 'rollerbulls' are represented by the Big Easy Rollergirls and other roller derby skaters with horns on their helmets and plastic bats in their hands. Revelers may also choose to attend additional party events on Friday and Sunday featuring live music, food and drink, contests, VIP access, and more.

Running of the Bulls (https://www.neworleans.com/event/runn...) is New Orleans' version of the El Encierro in Pamplona, Spain, except with the Big Easy Rollergirls playfully chasing the runners with wiffle bats instead of actual bulls.
