Guests gathered Wednesday at the home of Don and Barbara Daseke to launch the upcoming Dallas Symphony Orchestra AT&T Gala, the couple announcing Jennifer and Coley Clark as the new gala chairs.
This year's DSO AT&T Gala (THE premier black-tie event that kicks off the Dallas Arts District's opening season) will take place on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at the Meyerson Symphony Center in downtown. DSO Music Director Jaap van Zweden, recently named 2012 Conductor of the Year by Musical America, will be directing the night's entertainment which will feature distinguished special guest, internationally-renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma. The evening will include a cocktail reception, exquisite 3-course seated dinner, unforgettable concert performance, and wildly enjoyable after party with drinks, desserts, dancing, and live music. Tables of 10 start at $10,000.00 and single full Gala tickets start at $1,250.00 each. Single tickets for the concert and after party only start at $150.00 each.
