The 80's sound is back and in full force at the historic Granada Theater with three of the most buzzed about bands; Ishi, Burning Hotels and M83. Each of the bands is bringing a fresh new take on the sound that defined that decade. Ishi was awarded Best Electronic/Dance Band at the 2010 & 2011 Dallas Observer Music Awards. Burning Hotels won Best Indie Act at the 2011 Dallas Observer Music Awards and in 2010 won Rock Album of the Year, Rock Song of the Year and Rock Act of the Year by the Fort Worth Weekly. M83 was formed in 2001 by French musician Anthony Gonzalez. Their much anticipated album, "Hurry Up, We're Dreaming" was recently released this past October. And speaking of the 80's, let's re-live them with They Might Be Giants, Adam Ant and Colin Hay from Men at Work; who will each make an appearance at the historic Granada Theater.
Check out the newest sounds and re-live the greatest decade all at the Granada Theater. Get your tickets at granadatheater.com. Remember to tag @granadatheater when you are at the show.
