Austin Bat Fest and Night of the Bat

On the Ann Richards Congress Avenue Bridge
See the flight of two million Mexican Free Tail Bats which will be emerging from under the Ann Richards Congress Avenue Bridge around dusk (usually between 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM and lasting about half an hour) along with live music on two stages, over 75 arts and crafts vendors, food and concessions, a costume contest, and bat activities.
Eight bands will be performing including Alien Ant Farm, The Soldier Thread, Adema, and more to be announced.
