“Combining a chocolate festival with a day of
fascinating classes taught by chocolate experts, the
DallasChocolate.org Chocolate Conference 2010 promises
to be a unique and tasty event. Each chocolatier will be
sampling a range of their creations. Attendance will be
capped and spread throughout the day to make sure that
everyone gets the chance to meet each chocolatier and
savor their works.” DC

Wiseman House Chocolate, Collin College, Le Cordon Bleu,
Nib Chocolates, Sublime Chocolate, and Paciugo. Plus

fine chocolate. Madame Cocoa (Adrienne Newman) is
our guest chocolate educator and is active in the new
world of fine American craft chocolate. Adrienne has
studied ancient Maya epigraphy and history to get to the
origins of cacao in Mesoamerica, conducted chocolate
tours of Paris, attended food shows and events from
Cologne, Germany to San Francisco, and works directly
with leaders in the global chocolate scene. |
