Class begins with a behind-the-scenes tour of the cheese factory, and then guests are treated to six to eight Mozzarella Company cheeses with a minimum of six hand-crafted and artisanal beers. A discussion of the basics of cheese and beer takes place where guests are encouraged to ask questions.
