“Tantalizing, exotic, seductive...and easy? Yes! Tango
is all this and so much more!! This sensuous dance has
been around since the 1920's. Originally danced by
gauchos (Argentine cowboys), it soon became the rage in
ballrooms around the world. A darling of ballroom
dancers everywhere, it has been featured in Hollywood
films and on Broadway stages. Tango remains exciting and
viable in today's popular culture. This dance course
will focus on the social aspect of Tango dancing. Basic
dance patterns that allow for spins and swivels will be
featured in class. Partners are not required but highly
recommended. Previous dance experience is helpful but
not necessary. Couples take 10% off the registration
