Pho (pronounced 'fuh' but drawn out a bit: 'fuuh') is a Vietnamese soup served with fresh vegetables and herbs for garnishing to taste. Serving street foods of Southern Vietnam, Pho Colonial not only offers this traditional soup, but also features freshly prepared bánh mì (prounounced like 'bun me') baguette sandwiches with choice of grilled meats, and also bún (say 'boon') which are vermicelli noodles with choice of grilled meats.
Additionally, the menu offers Vietnamese coffees, bubble teas, domestic / imported beers and a selection of wines and sakes. Dine in, take out, catering, and delivery are available.
